Sampling
We have in-house designers at Yototeks who closely follow trends, from silhouette designs to all kinds of color palettes meeting international standards. Equipped with the Assyst system, we assure that each step is thoroughly assessed.We produce samples according to your specifications and integrate innovations in fabrics and fiber switch state-of-the-art technology and styling so that the produced garments do more than look good. With our effective sampling methods, we can easily derive estimations of yarn consumption for the development of fabric, dyeing, printing, and stitching cost for a certain style or design given by the client.The sampling unit has cutting, sewing, ironing, quality control, and packaging departments independent of the ones in the production department.
Fabric Quality Control, Tests, and Production
Once samples are approved; they are thoroughly tested, checked for any problem in quality, and produced in bulk according to the customers’ orders. We avoid wastage and keep our processes efficient by solving any concerns before production. We focus on;

· Appearance after washing
· Dimensional change
· Skewness/Twisting
· Colour fastness to washing
Customer scan also request other tests to secure an appropriate inspection through recognized labs.Yototeks obtains fabric supplies from Turkey's finest manufacturers, who are Oeko-texcertified and equipped with the latest contemporary technologies. In addition, we comply with all international standards with meticulous quality control before sending the products to be ironed and packaged.
Inspection
Yototeks has a separate quality control team for the final inspection that controls every step of the production.Our team of professionals comprehensively inspects and approves each load we ship according to AQL standards and can immediately recognize minor and critical defects and non-compliances.With our customer-oriented vision, we manage all orders with rigorous and structured quality control and assure customers of competitive prices and timely deliveries.
